Self pick-up and return

Would you like to collect and return the rented equipment yourself? At Rentic.nl you can pick up and return reserved equipment on Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30 and on Saturday from 09.00 to 17.00 hours. You park in front of our warehouse and we will help you to load and unload the rented materials. You are most welcome at our office in Terneuzen.

Reserved materials can be picked up and returned at a pre-arranged time. The time will be agreed by e-mail or telephone.

If the equipment is too large to be transported in a regular passenger car, we will inform you in advance. Some of our materials can be transported in a big car.

Transport and delivery

We will gladly take care of the transport of the rented equipment. Delivery and collection will be done at the location of your choice. Please indicate with your order or quotation request that you would like to make use of our transport service.

Transportation costs for Zeeuws-vlaanderen region starts from 25 euros and all other regions start from 50 euros. On top of that there is an additional charge per km based on your location. The kilometers are calculated as follows: 4 times one way distance from zip code 4538 AN to the zip code of the delivery address (one return trip for delivery of the items and one return trip for picking up the items).

Transport is possible Monday to Saturday. We will discuss with you in advance the date and time of delivery and collection. We do this by phone or e-mail. In consultation and for a surcharge it is also possible to arrange your transport outside of our regular working hours. Please contact us for this.

Our transport must be able to get up to 25 metres from the location. If the location is difficult to reach, this must be indicated in advance. If the location is not on the ground floor, the location must in any case be accessible by elevator. Is there also no lift? Please indicate this in advance. Possible parking costs will be charged after calculation.

All our materials and equipment are delivered in crates, flight cases or transport covers. These goods remain at the delivery address. Make sure that these goods are stored safely, neatly and dry.

When picking up the materials/equipment, everything has to be ready in the same way and location as you received it from us. This means that all rented materials must be ready for transport, so that we can immediately take the materials with us and load them in. If the rented materials are not ready for transport and we have to carry out extra work such as dismantling or rewinding cabling, extra costs will be charged for this. Of course we want to avoid this and therefore we also ask you to prepare our materials carefully and on time.

Installation Service

Our employees are happy to deliver, assemble/install, dismantle and collect all rented materials. We only leave when everything works. You will also receive a short and clear explanation, so that you can easily use, switch on and off the rented materials yourself.

Please indicate with your order or quotation request that you would like to use our installation service. You can only make use of our installation service if we also take care of the transport. Because we arrange everything for you, you can take care of the other preparations for your event.

The date and time will be discussed in advance and in consultation with you by phone or e-mail.

The costs for the installing service is € 99,- per hour per employee. The price will be calculated afterwards and will be based on actual time that was needed. However, you can contact us if you would like an estimate of the installation costs that apply to your order. Still, this can be difficult to estimate and therefore the costs will only be charged afterwards, so this is the fairest way for the customer and for ourselves. 

The installation service of € 99,- per hour applies on our regular working hours. In consultation, installation service is possible outside these times. In many cases a surcharge will be charged for this. Please contact us for more information.

Technical staff

Our technical staff takes care of the operation and functioning of the rented equipment, so you don't have to worry about it.

The costs for a technician are € 99,- per hour. The total price is determined per project. There is a surcharge for some days and times. You will be informed in advance.


Ordering online

Easily rent equipment through our online rental shop. After you have ordered the equipment through our rental shop you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within 5 minutes. Within 24 hours we will contact you by e-mail or phone to arrange delivery/pickup times or pick-up/return times. Payment and delivery will follow.

Have you requested a quote over the phone or via our contact form? Then you will receive a specified quote by e-mail within 24 hours. As soon as you accept the quote, the equipment will be definitively reserved. Once the quote has been accepted, we will receive a confirmation and the reservation is final. After this the payment and delivery will follow.

Rental period

You rent and pay by the calendar day. When ordering online, please specify the days of use. In consultation, materials can be collected from us a day in advance or delivered on location. Return or collection can take place on the day after the day(s) of use, except Sundays. In consultation, rented materials can be picked up and returned to our warehouse outside opening hours. This is also possible for delivery, installation and collection. Our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30 hours and Saturday from 09.00 to 17.00 hours.

Weekend
Would you like to rent equipment on Saturday or Sunday? That's possible. Materials that you rent / use on Saturday, you can pick up from us on Friday or Saturday. If you have opted for our transport and/or installation service, than everything will also be delivered on Friday or Saturday. Monday you return the materials or we will collect everything. Sunday the materials will stay on location. Of course there will be no extra costs for this.

On Sunday equipment hire / use? On Saturday you pick up the materials from us or we come Saturday for delivery on location. Monday you bring the materials back or the materials will be finished / collected by us again.

Payment procedure and payment methods

As soon as you have received a final order confirmation or have approved an offer, we will send you the invoice by e-mail. You can choose from the following payment methods.

1. Secure online payment.

During the order process you choose one of our online payment options. Here you can choose from different payment methods via iDEAL. This will take you to a secure online payment environment. Payments must be made at least one day before the delivery date to guarantee delivery.

2. On account

Companies that have rented from us in the past may pay afterwards on account. You will receive the invoice as a PDF file by e-mail. The amount will be transferred directly to our bank account. The payment term is 14 days. As a new business customer you might be able to also pay on account after consultation with us. We are aware that many medium-sized and large companies have a payment term of 30 days, which in many cases cannot be deviated from. In consultation with us, it is therefore possible to deviate from the 14 days.


Insurance

When entering into a rental agreement, the lessor may tacitly assume that you, as the lessee, are fully insured for the rented materials and the applicable new price thereof. As the lessee, you are responsible for damage, loss or theft of the materials during the rental period. From the moment you collect the materials from us until the materials have been returned to us.

If we deliver and pick up or assemble/install the materials on location, you are responsible from the moment we have delivered or assemble the rented materials until we come back to pick up/assemble the rented materials again. When we come to collect the materials again, all materials must be complete and in the same condition as we left it behind.

Ask your insurance company about the possibilities. For example, whether you can take out a one-time event insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with insurance as a lessor. Before you go to your insurance company we advise you to contact us so that we can provide you with the necessary insured value.

Ofcourse we just assume that you will use all our materials neatly and with common sense. The chance that something goes wrong is minimal!
