ORDERING

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is 1 calendar day, so you pay per calendar day as indicated at the ordering page. In consultation with us it can be agreed upon if it is possible to pick up / deliver the product(s) one day before. The same applies for the return / collection.  

Is there a deposit to be paid?

Our products represent a considerable value. Therefore, we require a deposit from private consumers and companies we haven't dealt with before. The amount of the deposit equals 1 day of rental.

Why is the parcel service option not always possible?

For some products we have chosen not to offer this option in order to guarantee the quality of the product.

DELIVERY


Pick up a rented product yourself?

You can pick up the rented products yourself at our location in Terneuzen, the address and opening hours can be found here.

Standard delivery of your rented products?

To ensure quality and service, we use a parcel service or our own courier service. If you order before 17:00 you can expect to receive your products the next day between 09:00 and 17:30.

You need your rented products as soon as possible?

If the products you need are immediately available, we will try to get them to you the same day. For customization or faster delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

What time will my products be delivered?

In case of delivery by a third party, please contact the relevant parcel service to inquire about the delivery time. If you come to pick up your products, please take into account the opening hours of our pickup location. (Monday till Friday 09.00 - 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 - 17.00).

How much are delivery costs?

Depending on the type of delivery you have chosen, costs may be charged. The amount of these costs can be found directly on the order page and will also be stated on your invoice.

Why is the parcel service option not always possible?

For some products we have chosen not to offer this option in order to guarantee the quality of the product.

USE AND DURING THE RENTAL

What to do with the packaging?

Always keep the packaging during the rental period. This way you can return the equipment safely after the rental period is over. Sometimes, for example with longer rental periods, packaging can get in the way. In such a case it might be useful to have us taking back the packaging temporarily. In this case please contact us about it.

How is the equipment delivered?

When you rent hardware from us you can start using it right away. Usually it comes in the original box or solid packaging. On the packing note you will find a complete overview of the accessories that are included. If you need specific extras (e.g. a laptop bag or other accessories), please contact us.

What to do in case of damage, loss or theft?    

You, as a renter, are fully responsible for any damage, loss or theft of the rented goods during the rental period. From the moment you pick up the rented goods from us until they are returned by you.  If we deliver and pick up or install the materials on location, you are responsible from the moment we deliver or install the rented goods until we come to pick up/dismantle the rented goods again. When we come to collect the equipment again, all the equipment must be complete and in the same condition as we left it.

END OF RENTAL PERIOD

The rental period is about to expire. What now?

Return or Extend. Extension of the rental period: Do you need the equipment longer than planned? If the product is still available, we will always offer you the option to extend the rental. This is already possible from 1 day. Moreover, you will receive a discount on the rent if the new term is longer than the original one.

Can I purchase the rented equipment?

In some cases, this is possible. Ask for the acquisition price of the rented equipment. Any additions or other modifications are almost always possible.

Should I delete the data stored on the rented equipment?

At the end of the rental, you will return the equipment to us in its original condition. This means in any case, you are responsible for removing any data on rented data storage devices. You also have the option to get this done proffesionally by us for a certain fee. You can choose this option at the product page when you place an order or contact us if you change your mind about this at a later stage.
